At Petite Chérie ♡, every item is handmade in small batches with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we kindly ask customers to read our policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

All orders placed with Petite Chérie are considered final once payment has been made.

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect item selection
  • Wrong shipping information entered during checkout
  • Minor handmade variations


Handmade Disclaimer

As each piece is handmade, slight variations in stitching, fabric placement, measurements, or appearance may occur. These small imperfections are part of the handmade charm and are not considered defects.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • The wrong item
  • A damaged item

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a suitable replacement or solution for you ♡


Lost Parcels

If your parcel is confirmed lost during transit, Petite Chérie will ship a replacement order at no additional cost.


Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for:

  • Delayed deliveries caused by courier services
  • Parcels marked as delivered
  • Incorrect addresses provided after the 24-hour address amendment window
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor handmade inconsistencies
