Each piece is handmade with care in small batches, which means every order takes time to be thoughtfully prepared before it arrives at your doorstep.

Processing Time

All orders are handmade and processed within 1–2 weeks before shipment.

Need your order sooner?
We offer Rush Order Processing for an additional RM30, available at checkout. Rush orders will be prepared and shipped within 24 hours.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping duration.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

• Malaysia
• Singapore

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

West Malaysia	1–3 business days
East Malaysia	5–7 business days
Singapore	5–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

Orders are shipped via:

• J&T Express
• CityLink
• Ninjavan

Courier selection may vary depending on location and availability.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders above RM180 within Malaysia only ♡

Delays & Lost Parcels

If there are any unexpected shipping delays, we will keep you updated as soon as possible.

In the rare case that a parcel is confirmed lost during transit, Petite Chérie will arrange a replacement order for you.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.

Address changes are only allowed within 24 hours after placing your order. After this period, we are unable to make any modifications.

Petite Chérie is not responsible for parcels shipped to incorrectly entered addresses after the 24-hour window.

Order Cancellations

As all items are handmade and prepared specially for each order, all orders are final once payment has been made.

We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.
